Return/Exchange
-We do not offer refunds! ONLY store credit!
-We only offer store credits on condition that shoes
are brand new
-Some unacceptable reasons for exchange are: I don't
want the shoes anymore; I ordered the wrong size
or color; colors of shoes are darker or lighter
than pictured; shoes are not suitable.
-Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong shoe or
size sent; factory defects on shoes; or mistake
on some parts of shoes.
-The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges
back to us! NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not ship it
back to us for inspection, we can’t offer
you credit and exchange.
-Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form
within 5 working days after receiving shoes to get
an exchange on the shoes.
-If your shoes are accepted for exchange, we will
notify you with instructions on how to mail it back
to us.
Shipping disputed
linknike is in no way responsible for any actions
if customs takes against your package.
If your package is held by customs, we will do
our best to have it released. If it is impossible,
we WILL NOT offered a refund but we can negotiate
about other method!
All packages must be signed for. If no one is
home to receive your package, it will be held
until you are able to sign for the package.
In some instances (not all), there will be a customs
charge applied to your package. Buyer is responsible
for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied
to his package.
Risk and Insurance
If you need, we will offer insurance for you.
If you do not pay insurance fee, and when the
goods has something wrong during the delivery,
we are not responsible for it. And if we require
insurance fee, this depends on your position and
your mind.
