Order
Process:
You can place your order via email and
phone.(Click Here to Download the Order Form)
For online order, please write to us which models
you need with sizes, colors and quantities, preferably
with pictures.
Once receiving your order, we will send you the
proforma invoice and packing list. And then you
can make your prepayment via Western Union, T/T.,or
Money gram. We will send your shoes within 24hours
once our finance department gets your payment if
we have the models you need in stock. After shipment,
a tracking number will be given for your confirmation.
Usually shoes are sent via air express such as FedEx,
EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL,Sodexi and so on. Normally speaking,
it will take 3-5 working days for delivery. For
mixed loading container (20ft40ft), it will take
24 working days for delivery by sea.
Payment:
- Before delivery, prepayment is required. We
don't offer COD.
-Depending on the business transaction we established,
we can negotiate the prepayment. Generally all
goods must be paid in full before delivery!
Order Trace:
You can place your order online, or via email
and phone, you will receive a order conformation
after we receive your payment by email.
Once we receive your order, we will check the
stock for you, and send you a Performer invoice
and notice you the products you want. If we do
not have them in stock, we arrange the production
for you.
We will offer you the tracking number within 2
days after your shoes sent.
